Job Title: Experienced Janitorial Cleaner
Location: Mentor, Ohio
Hours: Monday – Friday, (Evening Cleaning)
Pay Rate: $12 - $15 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Communicate effectively with management regarding cleaning schedules and any concerns
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Requirements:
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
