Supervise and manage janitorial staff across multiple sites
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Oversee contract assignments and ensure quality standards are met
Responsible for employee accountability, scheduling, and performance
Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management
Submit regular reports on site activities and operational status
Follow instructions accurately and implement company policies
Grow professionally within the role and contribute to company success
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation is required
Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Compensation:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
