About Us:
We are a leading provider of janitorial and cleaning services dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Region Supervisor to oversee operations within multiple areas in Texas.

Position Overview:
The Region Supervisor will be responsible for managing janitorial teams across Baytown, Pearland, Webster, and Texas City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial services and management, with the ability to lead teams effectively, ensure quality standards, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial operations within assigned regions
Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members
Ensure cleaning standards and safety protocols are met
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Manage scheduling and ensure coverage for all assigned locations
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain all necessary documentation and reports


Qualifications:

Proven experience in janitorial services and management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to travel within assigned areas as needed
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
